Who are School Kitchens?

With over 25 years experience in design, manufacture, supply and installation of commercial catering equipment in school kitchens, we know how to make kitchens that are functional and equipped to produce high quality freshly produced meals.

This site provides a one stop shop for selection and purchase of catering equipment. Our expert staff recognise well made products and good design features. Our long relationship with many of the big names in manufacturing means we receive favourable discounts, which can be passed on to you the customer!

Company History

School Kitchens is the internet arm of CPS Catering Equipment, a company formed in 1989 by two ex chefs with over 40 years combined experience cooking in top restaurants and on film sets around the world. Our Sales Director has worked as a consultant, designer and manufacturer to school kitchens for over 25 years.

Successfully trading in equipment and fabricated stainless steel goods, the company has grown because of its personal approach to service which leads to the retention of existing customers. We only recommend and sell products that we know about.

Be it a one-off item or a complete installation, we aim to provide a service that exceeds our customers’ expectations. We consider style of cooking, numbers catered for and budgetary constraints before recommending products. We are also keenly aware of issues such as the reliability, efficiency and environmental impact of our product range, making every effort to provide our customers with the knowledge they need to make informed choices.
